CRYPTOLOGY

  Thank you for reading (and experiencing) The Oxygen Age; snippets from a world that may or may not exist. It has been fun and enlightening to fill it with musings and rambles. I, however, really have been missing the sweet simplicity of the good, stupid, idealistic warm glow of a homemade video, of a small humble tv screen and the sound of old songs; so... See you in The Telephone and Television Age

COURTESY BAPTISM

Sky was appeased as of late,

From below, from above,

earth's face mists with rain,

all is full of love;

Parted easy with a gush,

granting heavens' purest blood,

startled cloud and wind to rush

raise the dust before it is mud.

Carried, precious like spring's child,

in the arms of breeze, a warm scent,

gathered from tides and riverside;

Aspersion as far as the earth went.

The clouds pass by in their delight,

deliquesce into currents of air,

north to the sun, and open for night

to where all is bright and fair;

Obsidian spills and soothes the land,

a veil of salvation and calm;

its blooming is in no man's hands,

nor does it suckle the slash of a palm.
